Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat.
In my classes, I love to offer an authentic, non-judgemental teaching style and a dose of inspiration to help students deepen their practice. I seek to help others thrive by nurturing their body, mind & soul and hope they step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
I share my knowledge and experience through:
- Personal Classes 1.5hr $90
- Group Classes (indoor and outdoors) $17 pp
- Yoga for all (community yoga, donation based for special groups)
- Yoga Philosophy Classes (understand the deeper meaning of yoga and implement to your life in practical ways that lead to balance, peace and joy)
