Super Breakfast Smoothies - Yummy!!!!
Takes only 5 minutes to prepare, taste awesome and are super healthy!
Raw chocolate (powder)
Almonds / brazil nuts (which ever you may have – if you soaked them over night even better)
Frozen berries / mango (whatever you like most)
Coconut (in any form – shredded, pieces, oil)
Non diary milk (rice /almond/etc) or coconut water
Very yummy and fantastic for your body and mind
If you dont have all ingredients, you can get creative, example: I have used almond meal when I don’t have nuts and filtered water instead of milk…or ice in summer. If I don’t have something I just make them with whatever I have.

Filtered water or ice / coconut water
Takes 5 minutes to prepare and you can leave it overnight in the fridge. It doesn’t lose any properties
