Last weekend we had an amazing experience at the Thrive Retreat in Ledge Point.
We had a total of 14 participants, sharing moments of magic, knowledge, yoga, relaxation, cooking, beach time and love.
I am very grateful for all who took part and for Matt, from Twisting Fish Yoga, sharing his wealth of knowledge from yoga to cooking classes.
One of the most memorable moments for me, was when someone in the group said: "when I turned up I wasnt sure what to expect, I was closed, but after a day of amazing ideas and experiences I feel open and loved by everyone around".
The connection we formed over that very special weekend, it can really transform lives and the way we view ourselves and the world. It is about taking time for yourself, away from distractions, to truly allow your heart to open and expand, to feel who you really are and see others under the light of love and understanding.
It is a powerful step to personal transformation and healing. The next challenging step is to take what we learnt to our every day life.
In the midst of rush and in an environment that does not support inner peace and reflective time, we need to become aware of what we are doing and why, and think: what do we really want from our lives?
Be true to yourself and shine.
Thank you to Shayleen from Mocha Pearl Photography who helped us all weekend and is preparing the pictures so we can post them soon.
We run 2 healthy cooking classes, yoga, meditation, stress management workshop and movie night.
