ABOUT THRIVE
Thrive was created to partner with professionals in the areas of health, wellbeing and personal development, in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires organisations and individuals to maximise their personal and professional potential. This is achieved via a number of formats, from consultations, group programs, immersions and educational events.
We aim to contribute to the world by promoting excellence in all areas of life, driving groups and individuals to become the heroes of future generations.

CAROLA POBLETE
Founder & Director of Thrive
Founder & Director of Thrive

I am a registered Coach, Counsellor (member of Australian Counselling Association "ACA"), program developer and facilitator, and Mental Health First Aid Trainer.
My approach fosters meaningful human connection, enhanced sense of wellbeing and capacity for self-love and empathy. My focus is to equip clients with tools that provide an opportunity to grow in self-awareness, develop boundaries, change harmful patterns, build resilience and overcome unhelpful thoughts and behaviours.
I offer experience working with youth and adults with a variety of life challenges:
Life can be hard – some difficulties are anticipated and some are not, and we can end up experiencing depression, death, grieving, anxiety, menopause, divorce trauma, addiction, infidelity and more. That is why I offer training, counselling and coaching as an opportunity to talk about these challenges with a compassionate, trained and objective view in order to help you find insight, support, and new strategies to navigate such struggles, find new solutions and inner strength.
I studied at the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors, Strategic Intervention Institute and Mental Health First Aid Institute. Additionally, I completed professional development training in Positive Psychology coaching, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Trauma Release, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Meditation and Yoga Teacher Training.
GIVING BACK
I believe in giving back to the community and support those who can’t afford private professional services. Throughout my life, I have volunteered and supported many causes that enhanced the lives of people in need. Currently, Thrive is facilitating resilience building workshops for LifeLine volunteers, sponsoring education for children in need in South America, hosting educational film nights for the local community and running free emotional intelligence seminars.
